Henri is the institutional member of the team. When you’ve been chamber president at the Court des comptes (and you’ve been its general rapporteur!), Ambassador, and head of staff of the Minister of Culture, that leaves its mark. His knowledge of the political machinery, the workings of the State and the administrative authorities make him a formidably effective partner for our clients who seek his analytical skills and his strategic… and tactical advice.
Of course, he brings to the team his expertise, which is very complementary to economic law, in general public law and public business law. But this specialist in regulatory law has more than one string to his bow: from crisis management strategy to the art market, he is a versatile specialist. And because nothing beats practice, this workaholic finds time to chair a regulatory authority, since the Minister of Justice has appointed him to head the Conseil des ventes volontaires de meubles aux enchères in 2019.
The finesse: that of legal reasoning, that of analysis, that which enables him to draw the strategy that opens doors and unblocks situations, even if sometimes you have to follow him in a game of three-cushion billiards…
Henri is involved with Action Coeur, the endowment fund of the Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital’s Heart Institute, of which he is treasurer. He also founded Renaissance, an association that works for the integration of people who are far from employment through the intelligence of the hand, of which he is secretary general (renaissance-project.org). He is also a reserve army controller with the Contrôle général des Armées.
Henri holds a law degree from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He graduated from Sciences Po Paris (public service section) with honours and is an alumnus of the Ecole nationale d’administration (ENA), promotion “Voltaire”. He was sworn in in 2018.
